SOFIA CITY COURT DECLARED CSKA FOOTBALL CLUB INSOLVENT

Sofia City Court ruled to declare CSKA football club insolvent.

The ruling of the court was issued on 2nd of October.

It set 31st of December 2014 as the initial date of insolvency and appointed Radoslav Tonev as temporary receiver.

In June 2015, the Licensing Committee revoked the licence of CSKA to compete in the domestic A Group and the European tournaments due to outstanding tax liabilities, as well as money owed to former players and managers.
