Speaker of Parliament: Central Election Commission should implement the machine voting at elections

GERB is preparing for regular elections, not early elections, the Speaker of Bulgaria’s Parliament, Tsveta Karayancheva, said on September 8 and added that GERB has won all parliamentary elections organized by caretaker governments. The machines for the machine voting must be provided by the Central Election Commission (CEC), not by the state.
