Talks towards coalition agreement begin on November 23

The week of political consultations begins on Tuesday, November 23, with the four leading topics - energy, economy, transport and justice. The aim of a series of key policy discussions, which will run until Saturday (November 27th), is to work out a coalition agreement.

"We Continue the Change" (WCC) party, which won the largest share of votes in the November 14 parliamentary elections, have invited three experts from the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), "There is Such a People" and "Democratic Bulgaria" to participate in each of the discussions on various topics.

They will discuss the main problems of the respective sector, the proposals and the measures that are envisaged, according to the programmes of the different parties. Either Kiril Petkov or Assen Vassilev (WCC co-leaders) will take part in each of the discussions.

The meetings will be held as parallel discussions and will be broadcast live on the social media profiles of "We Continue to Change".

The second day of the talks will focus on health, agriculture, education and e-government.

Policies on internal security, environment, regional development and culture will be discussed on Thursday.

Friday will be dedicated to labour and social care, tourism, national security and sports.

Discussions on finance and international relations policies will be discussed on Saturday.
