“There is Such a People” invites all parties except GERB for talks on the formation of government

Slavi Trifonov’s “There is Such a People” party, which won the largest share of votes in Bulgaria’s July 11 early parliamentary elections, said on July 22 that in next day it is sending invitations to all parties except GERB-UDF for talks on the formation of a government. The party said they are planning the talks to take place in the next 3 days.

"GERB cannot be invited to such talks, everything that happened in Bulgaria in economic, health, whatever aspect, is what GERB did, they have been in power for the past 12 years. For the specific ideas we have in the government, we will not negotiate names and positions, we have said this many times and thank you, follow the process, it will happen here, in public," said Filip Stanev from" There is Such a People ".

"This is the first fig leaf that will have to hide the support that MRF colleagues will give to your government. But it will not hide it. You will have to collect a whole bouquet of fig leaves.
