Train timetables now available on Viber

The Bulgarian Railway Company, BDZ, is expanding the possibilities for access to the information about train schedules and for additional convenience Viber users can use the newly created chatbot "BDZ-Information". By following a few steps with instructions for date, departure station and arrival station, the assistant in Viber shows the trains that are about to depart according to the criteria set by those wishing to travel.

The BDZ bot allows users to quickly and easily check train schedules for all cities in Bulgaria for several days ahead, as well as keep up-to-date on train delays.

A nice addition for users of the app are the specially designed thematic stickers expressing emotions and pleasant moments of the train journey. "In the compartment for the sea", "Reserved seat" and "I protect nature" are just some of the messages that will now diversify the chats of BDZ customers.

BDZ's presence on Viber is another step by the national rail carrier towards providing new and more options for its customers based on consumer needs. Travellers in Bulgaria will now be able to receive train schedules easily and conveniently on their mobile phones via Viber, the most used communication app in Bulgaria.
