Union of Veterinarians supported BFSA measures to address the plague

The Union of Veterinarians on 17^th of July announced its full support for the measures taken by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency to deal with livestock plague. According to them, euthanasia is the only way to overcome the dangerous disease, which is also used as a biological weapon. The Union has also defended veterinarians who work on the sites and are attacked by the local residents.
