“Vazrazhdane” party staged a protest against the government

A protest demanding the resignation of the government was organised by “Vazrazhdane” party on June 21.

Supporters gathered at 17:00 in front of the building of Parliament, where flags and banners were raised.

Shortly before that, there was a call from the protest podium to applaud the MPs who would support the no-confidence motion.

Men can be seen in the square wearing black armbands that read "security". “Vazrazhdane” party said these are the people they will be watching out for provocateurs.

According to the party leader Kostadin Kostadinov, the current cabinet is criminal and should resign immediately. “Vazrazhdane” party described the cabinet's policy as a national betrayal. According to Kostadinov, the only way out of the political crisis is early elections.
