"We Continue the Change" did not attend the consultations with the President scheduled for 1 pm on une 27 at the Presidency.

"We Continue the Change" said they could not be present at the pre-announced time as the budget committee was meeting in Parliament at the same time. They will request a new time for consultations once President Rumen Radev returns from Madrid.

Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev on June 27 started consultations with representatives of the parliamentary groups in the 47th National Assembly before handing over a mandate to form a government within the incumbent Parliament.

The move comes after Bulgarian Prime Minister, Kiril Petkov, on Monday, June 27, submitted his government's resignation to Parliament after losing a vote of no confidence on June 23.
