The water restrictions in Bulgaria’s city of Pernik will be tighter as of this week unitl the end of March.
Mayor Stanislav Vladimirov on December 16 is also convening the crisis management team in the city to discuss the new water supply schedule. The municipality has received assurances that every effort is being made to increase the flow of water to Studena Dam.

Water restrictions were introduced in Pernik municipality on November 18. At the time, it was said that residents would have running water for 10 hours a day and water supply available between 5 am and 10 am in the morning and 5 pm to 10 pm in the evening.
