A man found strangled to death in his car in Sofia, child custody dispute is the possibe cause of the murder
The likely cause of the murder in Sofia in which a man was found strangled in his car near Dragalevtsi suburb was a dispute over parental rights.
The victim's wife claimed that only one of their two children was his. He was claiming that he was the father of both. The murdered man's wife and mother-in-law have been arrested.
On social media, another woman with the initials M.Y., who claims to be the victim's sister, wrote that she had been trying to find her brother but, unfortunately, police found him murdered.
BNT contacted the sister of the man found strangled in "Dragalevtsi". She said that they have an explanation for everything, but the facts will become clear during the trial. The police have told them not to comment on the case publicly.

The body of a man was found in the Dragalevtsi suburb of Sofia on January 20. According to BNT sources, the man was strangled in his car.
CCTV footage is among the evidence of the brutal crime.
There was an attempt to burn the vehicle to cover the traces of the murder.
The Ministry of Interior press office confirmed to BNT only that they are investigating a murder.
One possibility is that the cause of the murder was a child custody dispute.
