The chairman of the parliamentary group of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), Delyan Peevski, on January 24 came with a strong reaction to President Rumen Radev's challenge of the constitutionality of the election of two new Constitutional Court judges.

He also demanded that the Prosecutor's Office start reporting what it does and how it does it. Peevski called on the media to ask the Prosecutor's Office and not to cover up, in his words, the "cashiers" in the presidential institution. According to him, the public has questions whose answers should be given.
"I want to see where we heard the names of Koprinkov and Sotir Ushev. (people close to the President) I hope you do not suppress the 'cashiers' because there is yet to be news about the “cashiers”. We will ask what is happening with them. The Prosecutor’s Office should start reporting what it is doing and how it is doing it. There is a new approach. We had an obscurantist prosecutor before. Is that supposed to continue now, not knowing what is going on... We want information. And we will ask questions about this to Mr Sarafov (Prosecutor General) and we will send enquiries to the services. The darkness will end. There will be light, as a boo-boo used to say. I told you who the circus dog is, I will not comment on it anymore," said Delyan Peevski.
