Minister of Tourism: Bulgaria participated in the largest tourism exhibition in London with its own pavilion
Bulgaria participated in the largest tourism exhibition in London with its own pavilion. It is more about concepts and about communication and how artificial intelligence connects with tourism, Evtim Miloshev, caretaker Minister of Tourism, commented in the studio of "The Day Begins with Georgi Lyubenov" on BNT on November 10.
"Artificial intelligence is becoming more and more a part of our lives. How it will be used, how it will be implanted is a question of the future. There are many polar opinions that it will destroy us as a human society, or the opposite - that it will lift us up. We should look at this as something positive - how to manage this process and what will be the benefits for the mankind," the minister explained.
Many representatives of tour operators, municipalities, destinations, hoteliers participated in the exhibition.
"The feedback has been very positive, very good trade partnerships because it is important for us as a country, as the Ministry of Tourism to provide the environment, the platform where these meetings can take place. To make sure that we represent our country as a tourist destination in the best way. In general, we emphasised that Bulgaria is a very diverse, 4-season destination, all year round. And the other thing, very important at this moment, is that we are a safe destination," Miloshev said.
During the exhibition, summer 2025 and even the next winter tourist season have already been negotiated:
"Traditionally the British market is important to us, as well as the German. These are two traditionally good markets that make the structure of our tourist flow," Evtim Miloshev added.
