The first Bulgarian electric hypercar (see pics)
Engineer Ahmed Merchev presented a prototype of an electric hypercar in his native village of Slashchen a few days ago (Otober 14). His factory is in the village of Tukhovishta, located in the Bulgarian Rhodope mountains.
The development of the first prototype, the "Alieno Sentiero" brand, envisages that it will have more than 5,000 horsepower and a speed of more than 585 km/h.
Nothing like this has ever been created in Bulgaria before. A robot on wheels, developed with the highest technologies. It has 5,221 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 in less than one second.

"It is definitely a dream come true, after we started here in the village of Slashchen in 2015, we have the first manufactured electric hypercar developed by Bulgarians and produced in Bulgaria," says Ahmed Merchev.
This electric hypercar of the future is designed for driving on racetracks and in its top version will cost over 2 million euros. Several cars have already been ordered. They will be produced in the Rhodope Mountains, in a high-tech base near the village of Tukhovishta.
"Ahmed Merchev and I were in the same class, he was the smartest in the class, humble and with an affinity for robotics since he was a child, super brave in his dreams and the fact that he did it in our villages is wonderful," says Zulkera Atifova, a classmate of Ahmed Merchev.
The young entrepreneur plans to expand his activities - he will develop humanoid robots. And more.
"Although it sounds unbelievable for Bulgaria as a vision, we foresee for the next ten and more years to design, construct space vehicles and develop space technologies in Bulgaria," says Ahmed Merchev.
Over the years, Merchev has turned down prestigious jobs abroad several times to succeed in Bulgaria today.
